Chelsea Chen

Associate

Chelsea joined East Wind in 2023 as an Associate. She previously interned in investment banking at China Merchants Securities, where she assisted in securities offerings for Chinese clients. Prior to that, she worked as a technology risk consultant at KPMG Canada, where she performed IT risk assessments for public companies. Raised in Nanchang, China, Chelsea is a native mandarin speaker.

Chelsea graduated Columbia Business School with an MS in Accounting and Fundamental Analysis. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance and Economics from the University of Toronto with High Distinction.
