Peter founded Daroth Capital Advisors, a high quality, boutique investment bank in 2002. Before combining with East Wind in 2018, Daroth Capital Advisors completed over $7 billion of transactions. Peter brings over 35 years of investment banking experience to East Wind and runs the firm's General Industry and Special Situations Group. Prior to Daroth Capital Advisors, Peter was a Managing Director and Co-Head of Leverage Finance, Financial Buyers Coverage and Industrial Groups at Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein and its predecessor firm Wasserstein Perella. Prior to Wasserstein Perella, he was a Senior Managing Director and Head of the Industrials Group at Bear Stearns and prior to that at Drexel Burnham Lambert. Mr. Rothschild has served on the board of directors of several public and private companies and currently serves on the board of The Wendy's Company. He also serves as a member of the Board of Advisors of Tufts University School of Engineering and its Entrepreneurial Leadership Center as well as the Department of Medicine Board of Mount Sinai Medical Center.

Peter holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and graduated summa cum laude with a BS in mechanical engineering from Tufts University.
